Visualization is an important tool in training, and in competition. Whether you are focusing on executing the perfect hip check, taking a back hand shot top shelf over the goalies blocker hand, or executing a shooting stage. It also is a tool that is invaluable from a self defense standpoint. Every time that you embrace the mantra “Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet” or that you wear one of Ranger Up’s new shirts:
you are practicing some form of visualization.
