I am a Mechanical Engineer by training who, through a strange and twisting road, has found himself leading a national consulting practice for a very large software company. A Marine veteran, I have held a variety of professional roles since I transitioned out of the service including Design Engineer, Manufacturing Scheduler, Repair and Returns Manager, Operations Director, IT Director, and finally consulting.
From an industry standpoint, I have pretty much run the board from Aerospace to Chemicals to Automotive to Financial Services to Software to High Tech to CPG to Higher Ed … and so on.
After my first child was born (I have 3 daughters) I picked up a rifle for the first time in many years and have never looked back. I am an active 3 Gun and USPSA competitor and I am fortunate enough to share those activities with my family. I have a notion to get back to precision rifle work at some point in time but, I am not sure how I would fit one more event series into my schedule (and budget).
